Full Service planning + Decor package

This full service wedding planning package offers a personalized and detailed consultation from the engagement to the day you say your vows. We will take care of all of the details and do all of the leg work for you.
This package is perfect for the couple who wants to be a part of the process but has decided to delegate all of the stress that goes into planning to someone that will be there every step of the way to ensure their wedding visions become a reality. Your Vision is Our Mission! |
This package includes:
- Assistance in determining a vision, theme, and budget - Wedding planning timeline development - Engagement Party Planning (can substitute shower or alternative wedding event) - Vendor research (Venues, ceremony, reception, photographer, etc.) - Vendor contract and pricing negotiation assistance - Venue walk-throughs - Menu / bar selections guidance - Save-the-Dates/ Invitation guidance, ordering, and assembly assistance - Guidance with bridal gown selection and fittings for fit and bustle assistance - Guidance with tuxedo contracts / selection / final fittings - Attend all vendor appointments if scheduling permits - Creation and assembly of Ceremony / Reception decorations, flower arrangements, centerpieces, table arrangements, etc. with fresh or silk florals. This package is ideal for the couple who has a hands-on approach to planning their wedding but needs help with the major details at the beginning of the wedding planning process, and finalizing the last-minute details before your wedding day. The bulk of this package is the hours we spend helping you to create and complete the overall vision by seamlessly weaving the details of your theme throughout the whole event.

Month-Of Event Management Package

This package is perfect for the couple who has done all of the hard work and spent countless hours planning their perfect day. The Day-of coordination package offers you peace of mind making sure your wedding day is stress-free. We will see to it that every detail is carried out exactly the way you have planned it.

This package includes:
- Wedding Day Needs Consultation - Final Vendor confirmations and direction - Wedding Day timeline development and distribution to wedding party and vendors - Rehearsal coordination and instruction - Collect and distribute Client Provided Wedding day accessories for ceremony /reception - Direction of all wedding vendors - Ceremony set-up assistance - Bridal gown bustle assistance / Groomsmen ties, boutonnieres assistance - Coordinate Bride/Groom and Bridal party photos with Wedding Photographer - Oversee reception site set-up with client provided items (place cards/table numbers/ guest book/ favors/ etc.) - Coordinate with banquet manager and DJ to ensure smooth transitions throughout the night and schedule is kept on track. - Gather wedding gifts / card box and give to designated person prior to our departure - Day-Of services through any photographer coordinated activities (first dance, faux send-off, bouquet toss, etc. ) - Unlimited email and phone consultations - This package does not include teardown but can be added for an additional cost. |
